This family owned shop is "fantastic". We broke down on a late Saturday evening. First thing Sunday morning I was calling anyone that I thought was able to fix my car. Of course I was not getting any responses because it was Sunday (Mother's Day). All the sudden I got a text from a woman at church with her family. She (Sara) told her husband about out problem. He called me within a few minutes. He said he was on his way. Ten minutes later he was here. The problem turned out that we needed a special part. I had my car towed to his shop on Monday morning. The part turned out to be even more of a special than we knew (custom power steering hose for our 1968 Chevelle). Jarred the owner had to go to four different parts companies to find the one that could fabricate one with the correct fittings. Who takes the time to do this for a stranger anymore ? This family business owner did ! The whole family was very friendly. Even their children offered me something to drink and talked to me about my car while waiting. Another thing that was impressive, is the organization and cleanliness of their business. This tells a lot about the owners. Before leaving, Jarred wiped down everything under the hood, checked all of my fluid levels, check the air pressure in my tires and inspected everything to make sure the car was road worthy. I was very impressed with this family owned business. We need more people like this. Please try them out the next time you need automotive service.
These people are very knowledgeable, professional and they care deeply for their customers! We had our truck done fast and it was done right with integrity. We will be back with any other issues in the future!! If you have any issues with your vehicle they are the ones to go to!
If I could give more than 5 stars I would. Customer service is beyond expectations. They are fair and caring. Did everything they could to get me on my way. Even checked up on me to make sure I got home. I was in From Texas. Check engine light came on, it was determined it had to do with the eco-boost. After having torn apart the part that was not working and cleaned and put back together car was now working. They prepared me for the worst, but delivered the best case scenario. Can’t thank you enough.
Wonderful people! Always willing to help and give great service. I have had shocks installed, a/c repair, rack and pinion replacement and several other things done and have always gotten quick service with wonderful care!! Treats my vehicle as if it was their own! Let’s me know what other issues they may find that need repair and give a great quote but never push me to have it done there although I wouldn’t let anyone else work on my truck!! 100%recommend without question!!!! Give them a call!!!
Great shop. I will definitely continue using them. Surprisingly fast getting me back on the road. Very friendly and comfortable environment with great price options. Great service is hard to find but you will for sure find it here.
